Gurdeep completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2005 from the MGM Medical College, DAVV University, Indore, India, and Master of Sports Physiotherapy degree in 2007 from the GNDU University, Amritsar,India.

She did her postgraduate research paper on Comparison of Efficacy of Thera-Band, Plyometric and Combination Training on strength of Quadriceps evaluated on Isoinertial Dynamometer. This research paper was published in the Journal of Sports authority of India (2007). She has presented scientific papers at the Annual Conference of Indian Association of Sports Medicine in 2005 and 2006.Since her graduation, she has been practicing Physiotherapy. She is licensed for IMS/Dry Needling treatment and she is presently pursuing Acupuncture.

Gurdeep has experience in teaching as well. She was visiting lecturer at MGM Medical College, India, for Yoga Therapy. In 2010, she became a registered Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer with BCRPA. She has worked as a Yoga instructor at the South Surrey Recreation Center and as a Yoga Instructor on a KVOS TV show. She has been consulted on Red FM a few times as a Physiotherapist, and recently was a speaker on iCON. Gurdeep’s professional attitude involves an integrative approach. Her treatment technique focuses on both assessment and treatment, to maximize functional recovery. She believes the best results can be achieved from a positive approach, and that a positive environment can improve health and quality of life.

Gurdeep is an active person. She does yoga every day and various fitness activities to maintain her own positive health and fitness, and she is a proud Vancouver Sun Run finisher.

Jay treats his clients the way he wants to be treated.

Jay’s massage began after he got injured while exercising. He likes massage so much that whenever he travels, he always learns by getting a massage in that country. In particular, he made an effort to try on his own body to treat his painful parts. All the techniques he does are learned through his experience.

Farshid is a Registered Acupuncturists with the College of Acupuncturists of BC (CTCMA). He received his diploma of acupuncture from Reeves College in 2019, and received doctorate degree in medicine in Iran in 2001, and practiced as a medical doctor for 10 years.

With a solid western medical background, Farshid effectively integrated western and eastern medicine in his daily practice.

Kinesiologist Daniel graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a registered member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists. Daniel is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is currently working towards his Nutrition Coach certification.

Growing up, Daniel was involved in physical activity. He played sports, such as basketball, hockey, and volleyball. Daniel also enrolled in martial arts and began lifting weights shortly after. During this time, Daniel discovered his passion for active living and decided to pursue a career in the health field.

Sunil completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2001 from Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) Olatpur, Cuttack Odisha, India, and his Master of Sports Physiotherapy degree in 2007 from the Rajeev Gandhi College Bhopal, India. Sunil is also certified in Yoga from India and BCRPA and certified personal Trainer (BCRPA). Sunil has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. He worked as a registered Physiotherapist in India till 2010 before he moved to Canada. Then, he became a certified Yoga and Personal Trainer (BCRPA) to continue his health and fitness passion. During this period, he was a guest speaker on various platforms (local TV, radio, and many in-person health fitness and yoga workshops) and shared his knowledge. He successfully worked as a Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher from 2011 to 2017 at Steve Nash Fitness World, Delta, BC, and also in the same period teaching yoga fitness at Vancouver, Surrey Burnaby Coquitlam, and White Rock community centers and Yoga studios. Tony graduated from the Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver Career College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. During his training, he was able to participate in many outreach opportunities and treated patients with various conditions. He worked with elderly patients, athletes, individuals with mental or physical disabilities, and those living with HIV and cancer. Additionally, he had a great deal of experience in treating ICBC patients.
